Shipping
Orders are shipped domestically using third-party carriers selected at our discretion. Shipping methods, delivery timelines, and costs may vary based on destination, order contents, and operational factors.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Alphatide Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information will be provided when available once an order has been shipped.

Risk of Loss
All orders are considered fulfilled once transferred to the shipping carrier. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon shipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information is provided at checkout.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control standards, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been processed or shipped.

This policy is in place to protect product integrity, prevent contamination risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or you believe an incorrect item was received, you must notify Alphatide Labs within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Claims may require supporting documentation, including photographs of packaging and contents. Resolution, if applicable, will be determined at our discretion. 

Order Refusal and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, inventory issues, or violations of our Terms & Conditions or Research Use Only policies.

International Shipping
International shipping availability, restrictions, and requirements may vary. Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable import, export, customs, and regulatory requirements. Alphatide Labs is not responsible for delays, seizures, duties, taxes, or penalties related to international shipments.
